  21.    The Dairy Debate considers the implications of the use of recombinant bovine growth hormone (BGH) by the dairy industry, and rotational grazing, for animal health, consumers, the environment, farm economics, and rural communities.    Its purpose is to broaden and inform the public debate over dairy technology and food safety.
